AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-7-89, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO INCREASE THE FEE A COURT REPORTER MAY RECEIVE PREPARING TRANSCRIPTS AND OTHER PAPERS; TO PROVIDE THAT COURT REPORTERS SHALL FORMAT TRANSCRIBED DOCUMENTS TO REASONABLY MINIMIZE THE NUMBER OF PRINTED PAGES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
