AN ACT TO CODIFY NEW SECTION 83-41-218, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THE RIGHT OF INSURED OR OTHER BENEFICIARIES TO BE REIMBURSED FOR SERVICES PERFORMED BY PHARMACISTS WITHIN THE LAWFUL SCOPE OF THEIR PRACTICE AT A RATE NOT LESS THAN THAT PROVIDED TO ANY OTHER NONPHYSICIAN HEALTH CARE PROVIDER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
