AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 37-13-91 AND 37-15-9, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF "SCHOOL" AND "COMPULSORY-SCHOOL-AGE CHILD"; TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THE MISSISSIPPI COMPULSORY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE LAW ARE FULLY APPLICABLE TO KINDERGARTEN-AGE CHILDREN; TO REQUIRE SUCH KINDERGARTEN-AGE CHILDREN TO ATTEND LICENSED PUBLIC, PAROCHIAL, NONPUBLIC OR HOMESCHOOL KINDERGARTEN PROGRAMS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
