AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 23-15-719, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE A REGISTRAR TO ALLOW A PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSON TO ABSENTEE VOTE CURBSIDE DURING THE HOURS IN WHICH THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE IS OPEN FOR ABSENTEE VOTING; TO PROVIDE THE PROCESS FOR CURBSIDE ABSENTEE VOTING; TO AMEND SECTIONS 23-15-637 AND 23-15-735, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CONFORM; TO BRING FORWARD SECTIONS 23-15-627, 23-15-631 AND 23-15-697, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, FOR THE PURPOSE OF POSSIBLE AMENDMENT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
