Summary

Authorizing the Information Technology Investment Fund, at the discretion of the Secretary of Information Technology, to be used to support State-owned communication sites, communication facilities, and telecommunications equipment used in connection with certain information technology agreements; requiring, by January 15 each year, the Secretary to submit a report to the General Assembly specifying the amount of money paid into the Fund that was allocated to certain programs and how the funds were allocated; etc.
