Title: An Act to Support Employment Opportunities for Military Spouses

Summary

This bill would define the term "eligible service member"" as a person serving on active duty in the United States Armed Forces, including the Reserves of the United States Armed Forces and the National Guard, and add spouses of eligible service members who meet a classified service position's minimum qualifications to the list of those who will be offered an interview for the position."
