SCHOOLS/BOARDS: Authorizes a school board to engage in a cooperative endeavor with a credit union or bank to operate a branch at a high school

HUMAN TRAFFICKING: Provides relative to victims of human trafficking and prostitution offenses (EG NO IMPACT See Note)

SHERIFFS: Provides relative to the per diem rate paid by the Dept. of Public Safety and Corrections for the housing of state inmates in a parish jail or institution (EG +$17,311,950 GF EX See Note)

INSURANCE/HEALTH: Provides relative to pharmacy benefit managers (RE +$3,187,173 SG EX See Note)

TAX/AD VALOREM TAX: (Constitutional Amendment) Authorizes a taxing authority to levy a millage at a rate lower than the maximum authorized rate under certain circumstances (EN SEE FISC NOTE LF RV See Note)

CURRICULA: Requests that the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, in consultation with the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, study the feasibility of incorporating age- and grade-appropriate hunting education, conservation education, and shooting sports courses into curricula for public school students in grades five through twelve
