Establishes and appropriates funds for a five-year family resilience pilot program within the Office of Wellness and Resilience. Requires the Office of Wellness and Resilience to establish data and referral system tracking needs and protocols and an implementation and evaluation plan by 12/31/2025. Sunsets the pilot program 6/30/2030. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
