A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 11 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to taxes on tobacco and vaping products, so as to require vapor product manufacturers to disclose ingredients in consumable vapor products distributed, sold, or offered for sale in this state; to provide definitions; to provide for publication; to provide for exemptions; to provide for penalties; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
