A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Titles 20, 34, and 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to education, labor and industrial relations, and public officers and employees, respectively, so as to provide for limited bereavement leave and limited extended compassionate leave for certain employees under certain conditions; to provide for definitions; to prohibit certain employer actions; to provide for a cause of action and remedy; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to provide for a short title; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
