The act continues the Colorado forest health council (council) until September 1, 2033. Before the repeal, the council will be given a sunset review. The act also removes the 2 legislative members from the council and adds 2 new members, one who is the commissioner of agriculture or the commissioner's designee and another who represents soil conservation districts.
