AN ACT FOR THE EXPENSES FOR THE ARKANSAS SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY APPROPRIATION FOR THE 2025 FISCAL YEAR.

AN ACT FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AT LITTLE ROCK APPROPRIATION FOR THE 2025-2026 FISCAL YEAR.

TO AMEND THE INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX LAWS; AND TO CREATE AN INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN.

TO CREATE A SALES AND USE TAX EXEMPTION FOR MENSTRUAL DISCHARGE COLLECTION DEVICES; TO CREATE A SALES AND USE TAX EXEMPTION FOR DIAPERS; AND TO CREATE A SALES AND USE TAX EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN ITEMS RELATED TO BREASTFEEDING.

TO CREATE THE STRONG FAMILIES ACT; AND TO CREATE AN INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR EMPLOYERS THAT PROVIDE PAID FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES.

TO CREATE THE AFFORDABLE CHILDCARE ACT OF 2025; TO CREATE AN INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR EMPLOYERS WHO ASSIST EMPLOYEES WITH CHILDCARE COSTS; AND TO REPLACE THE EXISTING INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR EMPLOYER-OPERATED CHILDCARE FACILITIES.

TO CREATE THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION WORKFORCE QUALITY INCENTIVE ACT; AND TO CREATE AN INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR CERTAIN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION WORKERS.

Relating to sales tax on construction materials

An Act relating to the taxation of certain natural gas project property and related facilities; relating to local contributions for public school funding; relating to municipal property taxes; relating to the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation and funds of the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation; relating to reporting requirements for natural gas pipeline projects; creating the Alaska affordable heating fuel fund; relating to approval of contracts by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and inflation adjustment of the maximum price of natural gas; establishing an income tax on certain entities producing or transporting oil or gas in the state; relating to an alternative volumetric tax on natural gas throughput; relating to a municipal impact grant program and fund; relating to agreements and a payment related to a natural gas project; and providing for an effective date.
