Summary

This act proposes an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 2022, relating to Henry County, to levy an ad valorem tax of three mills per dollar of assessed value on all taxable property south of Sandy Creek to be used exclusively for public school projects in Headland beginning October 1, 2027 and continuing through September 30, 2034.
