A Representative from New Jersey. Born in Passaic, Passaic County, N. J. , December 29, 1938. Attended the public schools of East Rutherford, New Jersey. B. A. , Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, 1961. LL. B. , University of Virginia, 1964. Admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1965 and commenced practice in Ridgewood. Member, East Rutherford Borough Council, 1967-1969, New Jersey assembly, 1968-1971. New Jersey senate, 1972-1973. Delegate, Republican National Convention, 1968. Elected as a Republican to the Ninety-fifth and to the two succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1977-January 3, 1983). Unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1982 to the Ninety-eighth Congress. Appointed by Governor Thomas Kean judge, superior court of New Jersey and sworn in July 1, 1987. Is a resident of Ridgewood, N. J.
