S. , George Williams College, 1961. Corporate Director of Financial Development, YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Illinois State representative, 1973-1977. Illinois State senator, 1977-1985. Elected as a Republican to the Ninety-ninth Congress and served until his death on November 15, 1986 (January 3, 1985- November 15, 1986). Died on November 15, 1986, in Saint Charles, Ill. Interment in Union Cemetery, Saint Charles, Ill.
