Postgraduate work at Indiana University, 1967-1969, Butler University, 1969-1971. Teacher of social studies and science, 1968-1974. Delegate to Democratic National Mid-term Convention, 1974. Elected as a Democrat to the Ninety-fourth and to the three succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1975-January 3, 1983). Unsuccessful candidate for nomination in 1982 to the Ninety-eighth Congress from the tenth congressional district of Indiana. Legislative consultant in Washington, D. C. Is a resident of McLean, Va.
