A Representative from Michigan. Born in Detroit, Wayne County, Mich. , July 21, 1943. Attended the public schools. B. A. , Michigan State University, East Lansing, 1967. President, Dunn &. Fairmont, builder and developer. Delegate, Michigan State Republican convention, 1982. Elected as a Republican to the Ninety-seventh Congress (January 3, 1981-January 3, 1983). Unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1982 to the Ninety-eighth Congress. Is a resident of East Lansing, Mich.
