Secretary, Board of Directors, Cornwell Co. , Inc. , Paoli. Served in the United States Army in Vietnam 1966-1968. Unsuccessful candidate for nomination in 1974 to the Ninety-fourth Congress. Elected as a Democrat to the Ninety-fifth Congress (January 3, 1977-January 3, 1979). Unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1978 to the Ninety-sixth Congress. Worked in governmental and international relations. Died on November 2, 2012, in Annapolis, Md. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va.
