To encourage the Secretary of the Army to support the implementation of hybrid-electric engine technology within the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle fleet, and for other purposes.
This bill expresses the sense of Congress that the Department of the Army should support the implementation of hybrid-electric engine technology within its High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle fleet.
