We the People Commission on Full Representation Act of 2019
This bill establishes the We the People Commission on Full Representation. The commission must develop proposals and report to Congress regarding voting representation for
Puerto Rico,
the District of Columbia,
Guam,
the U.S. Virgin Islands,
American Samoa, and
the Northern Mariana Islands.
