Mobilize America to Manufacture Equipment Required for Independence from Communist Adversaries Act or the Mobilize AMERICA Act

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to award grants to manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and other medical supplies to ensure domestic availability of critical materials to respond to pandemics or other public health emergencies.
