Expressing support for the designation of June 2020 as "National Gun Violence Awareness Month", and calling on Congress to address gun violence.

This resolution expresses support for National Gun Violence Awareness Month.

It calls on the Senate to pass legislation to prevent gun violence, including the following:

• H.R. 8, the Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2019; and
• H.R. 1112, the Enhanced Background Checks Act of 2019.
