Time to Repeal an Archaic Policy Act of 2020 or the TRAP Act of 2020
This bill repeals criminal provisions commonly known as the Logan Act. The provisions generally prohibit an unauthorized U.S. citizen from negotiating with a foreign government regarding a dispute or controversy with the United States.
