Summary

Aiding Development of Vital Assets in Native Communities and Environments Act of 2019 or the ADVANCE Act of 2019

This bill directs the Department of the Treasury to establish a program under which the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund shall provide outreach and training with respect to the new markets tax credit in low-income communities (including Indian country) with a disproportionately low amount of investment by community development entities.
