To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand the scope of the Advisory Committee on Minority Veterans, and for other purposes.

This bill expands the scope of the Advisory Committee on Minority Veterans by including lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals as minority group members. The committee reports on the issues of minority group members in relation to Department of Veterans Affairs programs.
