To amend the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 to ensure online access to the registration statements filed under such Act, and for other purposes.

This bill revises the requirement that the Department of Justice maintain a public database regarding foreign agents with information contained in the agents' registration statements, including to require the information to be in a digitized format.
