To amend titles II and XIX of the Social Security Act remove the age limit on the Medicaid buy-program, to remove work restrictions on disabled adult children who have reached retirement age, and for other purposes.

This bill (1) expands eligibility for state Medicaid buy-in programs to include individuals under 65 years of age; (2) removes certain work restrictions relating to children's insurance benefits under the Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) program for individuals with disabilities who have reached retirement age; and (3) authorizes reentitlement to such OASDI benefits under certain circumstances.
