This bill restricts the mailability of tableting machines, encapsulating machines, or controlled substance counterfeiting materials.
Additionally, it amends the federal criminal code to make it a crime to knowingly mail to an unauthorized person equipment that that may be used to manufacture counterfeit controlled substances. A violator is subject to criminal penalties—a fine, a prison term of up to one year, or both.
