DMEPOS Access and Transparency Act of 2017 or the DATA Act of 2017

This bill directs the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to implement prior-authorization processes under the Medicare program for certain medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, supplies, and services.
