Designates December 12, 2015, as Wreaths Across America Day.

Honors:

• the Wreaths Across America project;
• patriotic escort units, including motorcycle units, law enforcement units, and first responder units;
• the U.S. trucking industry; and
• the volunteers and donors involved in this tradition.

Recognizes the service and sacrifices of veterans, members of the Armed Forces, and their families.
