No Obamacare Mandate Act
This bill repeals provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that impose: (1) an excise tax on medical devices, (2) a requirement that individuals obtain minimum essential health care coverage, and (3) a penalty on large employers who fail to offer health care coverage to their eligible employees.
