Summary

No Lobbyists on Presidential Transition Teams Act

This bill amends the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 to prohibit any payment authorized by the General Services Administration for a President-elect or Vice President-elect under such Act from being made for services or facilities provided by a registered lobbyist.
