To preempt State laws preventing a major city from regulating firearm-related conduct in the city that occurs in or affects interstate or foreign commerce.

This bill provides that a major city's law or rule that regulates firearms-related conduct and affects commerce preempts a conflicting state law, regulation, or constitutional requirement.

A major city is a city with a population of at least 500,000 inhabitants.
