Preserving National Guard Combat Readiness Act of 2015
This bill amends the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 to eliminate certain authority of the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of the Army to prepare for and transfer up to 48 AH-64 Apache helicopters from the Army National Guard to the regular Army.
