No Special Treatment for Members of Congress Act - Amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to prohibit federal government contributions under the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program on behalf of a Member of Congress for coverage under an American Health Benefit Exchange.
