Streamlining Support for Veterans and Military Caregivers Act - Expands the program of assistance and support services for caregivers of veterans to include all caregivers (currently allowed for family caregivers).
Modifies the program of special compensation to members of the uniformed services for injuries and illness to allow such compensation for a serious injury or illness (currently allowed for a catastrophic injury or illness). Exempts payments of such compensation from taxation.
