Summary
Defending Veterans from Sequestration Act of 2013 - Amends the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) to exempt administrative expenses of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) from any presidential sequestration order issued under that Act.
