American Public Housing Act of 2013 - Amends the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) to exempt from reduction, under any sequestration ordered by the President, the following Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) accounts:

Choice Neighborhoods Initiative,
Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Fund Program Account,
Native American Housing Block Grants,
Native Hawaiian Housing Block Grant,
Project-Based Rental Assistance,
Public Housing Capital Fund,
Public Housing Operating Fund, and
Tenant-Based Rental Assistance.
