Social Security Disability Insurance for the Terminally Ill Act of 2013 - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to eliminate the waiting period for disability insurance benefits for terminally ill individuals with a life expectancy of 12 months or less.
