To eliminate the limitation on the period for which borrowers are eligible for guaranteed assistance under the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act.
Amends the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to eliminate the 15-year limitation on the period for which borrowers of agricultural operating loans are eligible for guaranteed assistance.
