Revitalize America Act of 2013 - Permits a state or state agency to use up to 25% of amounts of assistance allocated to it through the Hardest Hit Fund program for demolition of foreclosed-upon properties and related expenses.
Limits such assistance to: (1) a grantee public organization that administers the demolition, and (2) only if the foreclosed-upon properties are owned by the grantee at the time of the demolition.
