Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend temporarily the duty on mixtures of 2,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 4-amino-5-hydroxy-6-[2-[2-methoxy-5-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl]sulfonyl]]phenyl]diazenyl]-, sodium salt (1:4) and 2,7-Naphtalenedisulfonic acid, 4-amino-5-hydroxy-3,6-bix[2-[4-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl] sulfonyl]]phenyl]diazenyl]-, sodium salt (1:4).
