To amend the Anti-Smuggling Act to subject vehicles, other conveyances, and instruments of international traffic to seizure and forfeiture for smuggling, and for other purposes.
Amends the Anti-Smuggling Act of 1935 to subject to seizure and forfeiture any vehicles, other conveyances, or instruments of international traffic employed to defraud U.S. revenue or to smuggle merchandise into the United States.
