Expresses support for: (1) the goals and ideals of National Nurses Week; and (2) the nurse capacity initiatives for institutions of higher education included in the Higher Education Opportunity Act.
Acknowledges the importance of quality higher education in nursing, including baccalaureate and graduate programs, to meet the needs of one of the fastest growing labor fields in the nation.
