Western Hemisphere Drug Policy Commission Act of 2010 - Establishes the Western Hemisphere Drug Policy Commission, which shall: (1) review the effectiveness of U.S. policies and programs regarding illicit drug supply reduction and interdiction with an emphasis on the countries of the Western Hemisphere, as well as foreign and domestic demand reduction policies and programs; and (2) recommend a multi-year interagency counternarcotics strategy for the Western Hemisphere describing the diplomatic, criminal justice, civil society, economic development, demand reduction, military, and other assistance required to achieve regional counternarcotics goals.
Terminates the Commission 60 days after submission of the report required under this Act.
