Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge Expansion Act of 2010 - Expands the boundaries of the Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge in Hawaii to include specified lands identified in the map entitled "Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge Expansion Area."
Permits the Secretary of the Interior to acquire such lands by donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange. Prohibits the acquisition of lands or interests in land under this Act without the owner's consent.
