Undergraduate Scholarship Awards in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics Act or US-STEM Act - Requires the Director of the National Science Foundation (NSF) to award merit scholarships covering students' final two years of undergraduate studies in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics at four-year institutions of higher education.
Restricts scholarship eligibility to students: (1) from families whose taxable income for 2010 did not exceed $75,000, adjusted annually thereafter for inflation; and (2) who maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average, on a scale of 4.0.
Allows the Director to award up to 2,500 scholarships each year.
Requires the Director to establish an advisory board for the scholarship program.
