Equal Access to COBRA Act of 2010 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), and the Public Health Service Act to extend COBRA coverage (health insurance continuation benefits) to qualified beneficiaries, defined to include domestic partners.
