A bill to extend and modify the temporary reduction of duty on pigment preparations based on cerium sulfide or mixtures of cerium sulfide and lanthanum sulfide.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to: (1) modify the article description for cerium sulfide pigments; and (2) extend the temporary suspension of duty on such article.
