Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to revise the article description for seals of polyester fabric bonded over a silicone core for aircraft to suspend temporarily the duty on seals, made of silicone, or rubber, and either covered with, and/or containing, an embedded textile material for aircraft.
